Haili Byington, MSPAS, PA-C
Haili Byington was born in Ogden, Utah. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant accredited by The National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. She relocated from Tennessee and joined Nevada Surgery and Cancer Care in 2021. Her professional interests include surgery, oncology, and genetics.
Haili attended Chapman University where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a Minor in Nutrition. During her years of undergraduate study, she researched novel prostate cancer treatment with Dr. Marco Bisoffi and volunteered at the Children’s Hospital of Orange County.
Prior to completing her graduate education, Haili worked as a Nursing Assistant in Neuro Acute Care at the University of Utah Hospital caring for patients recovering from neurological trauma, disorders, and surgery. She then went on to be a Physical Therapy Aide at the University of Utah Downtown Women’s Health Clinic, where she assisted patients in their rehabilitation of chronic pelvic pain and pelvic floor weakness.
Subsequently, she earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lipscomb University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She served as the Vice President and Volunteer Coordinator for the Class of 2020 PA Student Government. Haili completed her master’s thesis on Outcomes of Radial vs. Femoral Artery Access for Cardiac Catheterization and presented her research findings at the senior symposium.
Haili is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Gynecologic Oncology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active.
